Public Offer

Service agreement. By registering and paying for a subscription, you accept these terms.

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer from Individual Entrepreneur Irina Nikolaevna Rybnikova (the "Provider") to provide access to the Iskrio (VoiceFlow) service. The offer is addressed to any legally capable individual or legal entity (the "User"). Acceptance of the offer — full and unconditional — is registration in the service and/or payment for a subscription. From the moment of acceptance, an agreement is concluded between you and the Provider on the terms of this offer.

2. Definitions

  • Service — the Iskrio (VoiceFlow) software for voice dictation: speech recognition and AI text processing, with insertion of the result into the active application.
  • Subscription — paid access to the Service's extended features for the chosen period.
  • Plan — a set of features and limits with a stated price.
  • Account area — the section for managing your account and subscription.

3. Subject of the agreement

The Provider grants the User access to the Service under the chosen Plan, and the User pays for the subscription (for paid Plans) and uses the Service in accordance with this offer. The Service recognises speech and, if AI processing is selected, formats the text, then inserts the result into the User's active application.

4. Plans and pricing

Prices are stated in rubles. VAT is not charged — the Provider applies the simplified taxation system. Current plans and limits are listed on the "Pricing" page and may change under the "Changes to the offer" section.

5. Payment

Subscription payment is made through the YooKassa payment service — by bank card, via SBP and other available methods. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer. A cashier's receipt is generated in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ and sent to the email address you provide.

6. Subscription renewal

At this stage, a subscription is paid for once for the chosen period, with no automatic renewal: no payment for a new period is charged automatically. When the paid period ends, access to paid features stops — you can renew by paying again. Automatic renewal may be added later; until it is enabled it does not apply, and we store no payment details for automatic charges.

7. Refunds

The service is provided in digital form and is deemed rendered from the moment access to paid features is granted. The cost of a period already paid for is non-refundable (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law), and unused minutes do not carry over to the next period. Exception: if an erroneous or duplicate charge occurred, we will refund it within 14 business days of your request to support@iskrio.ru.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

  • The Provider grants access to the Service under the chosen Plan and protects data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • The User uses the Service as intended, does not break the law or third-party rights, and does not transfer access to third parties without the Provider's consent.
  • The Provider may change functionality and plans under this offer.
  • The User may cancel the subscription and delete the account at any time.

9. What is prohibited

  • Using the Service to create unlawful, harmful or offensive content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service's infrastructure
  • Reselling or transferring access to third parties without the Provider's written consent
  • Circumventing the technical limits of your Plan

10. Content you dictate

You are responsible for the content of the text you dictate. Do not dictate personal data of third parties or other information you have no lawful basis to process. By dictating such data, you confirm you have the necessary legal basis and entrust its processing on the terms of this offer. What data is sent and where is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service — code, design, trademarks — belong to the Provider. Text created with the Service (transcripts and processed text) belongs to you.

12. Service availability

We aim for stable operation of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates and unforeseen failures may cause temporary unavailability.

13. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by RF law. This does not limit the rights granted to consumers by law.

14. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ. All data is processed and stored within the Russian Federation.

15. Changes to the offer

The Provider may amend this offer. A new version is published on the website and takes effect upon publication unless another date is stated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them. The price of a period already paid for does not change.

16. Termination of access

The Provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of this offer.

17. Dispute resolution

Before going to court, the parties seek to resolve a dispute in writing: a claim is sent to support@iskrio.ru, with a response time of 14 days. These relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation; if you are a consumer, the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law applies, including the rules on jurisdiction at the consumer's choice.
