Data in transit

All communication between the application and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS. Audio and text are transmitted in encrypted form and cannot be intercepted in transit.

Data minimisation

We collect only what is needed to run the service, and we do not store audio or texts on our servers. Speech recognition and text processing run without retaining content: the request exists only in memory for the duration of processing and is deleted immediately after the response (Zero-Data-Retention, stateless processing).

Local storage

Your personal dictionary, settings and dictation history are stored exclusively on your device. Iskrio has no remote access to them.

Third-party providers

Speech recognition and text processing are performed within the Russian perimeter through the cloud infrastructure provider Cloud.ru (OOO "Oblachnye tekhnologii"), who protects data on their end in line with their own security policy. All infrastructure is located within the Russian Federation: data centres meet the Tier III standard and the platform is certified to protection level UZ-1. Cross-border data transfer is excluded, and request content is not used to train models.
